Pro-Spray Automotive Finishes, a European manufacturer of colour, coatings and technology for the automotive aftermarket, recently introduced Pro-Spray's Navigator, a precision colour selection system that features more than 5,000 of the most popular domestic and import colours-available in both solvent and waterborne formulas.
Navigator is integrated with more than 282,000 custom blended formulas available on the PaintXpert Coatings Management Software.

The Navigator precision colour selection system includes a slim-profile colour box featuring more than 5,000 swatches sprayed with Pro-Spray paint and arranged in chromatic order.
Users who don't know a vehicle's colour code can select a deck of swatches from the display and compare them against the vehicle to determine the best match. Entering the number from the back of the correct swatch into the PaintXpert software generates a paint mix formula, which produces a spray-out to compare to the vehicle for colour accuracy.
If the user already has the vehicle colour code, they can simply enter it into the PaintXpert software's search function to find a corresponding Navigator swatch.
This process increases productivity, while creating greater colour accuracy and less waste. In addition, the easy-to-use Navigator system was designed with scalability and future updates in mind.
